Wednesday: Street Food

When you arrive we'll greet you with a complimentary beverage as we walk you through the grounds to show you our garden and produce.


We will then take you through the steps to create the exciting and distinctive food that defines Southeast Asian street food. After preparing the first two dishes, we will eat and enjoy your accomplishment. The day will end with a sit down meal to enjoy the full fruits of your labour.

This class is suitable for all skill levels - whether you've worked in professional kitchen or can barely boil water - we look forward to teaching you simple and delicious cooking skills.


All classes are intimate and we welcome you to ask questions as to create an open discussion around food, sustainability, and Southeast Asian culture.
